As parents of children serving in the military, David and I have a deep understanding of the fear and anxiety of having a loved one in harms way -thousands of miles away from home. As photographers - some of us are on the front lines in a war zone, other are here...waiting with the families for our military men and women to return home safely...waiting for an opportunity to do something meaningful for them. To help them tell their story. David and I gladly support the efforts of Operation Love Reunited and happily offer the service of Pink Martini Photography to our military heroes and their families.

Imagine the horror of a natural disaster...the awesome, destructive power of a flood, earthquake or tornado. So many of our fellow citizens have faced just that...and in the aftermath have lost - in some cases - everything...even their history. Imagine losing cherished photos of loved ones, whose faces you'd never see again if not for a photograph. Operation Photo Rescue has reached out to those in areas devastated by natural disasters and assisted in restoring ravaged images, and returning a piece of the past to those that have already lost so much. Robin and David are honored to participate as re-touchers in this effort.

You've sacrificed so much for us all - and have asked very little in return. Times are tough for everyone these days but especially for our soldiers, airman, coasties and marines. Pink Martini would like to do something for you! In addition to our work with Operation Love Reunited, we'd like to offer all active duty military, guard and reserve personnel a special reduced session fee. German Shepherd Rescue & Adoption (click here for video)

German Shepherds are incredibly loyal, loving and intelligent animals. Unfortunately they are SO amazing that many people don't understand them - don't understand their needs. High energy dogs need to be challenged and worked, trained and above all loved. Sadly many who own GSD's are unable to give them what they need and surrender these amazing dogs to shelters all over our country. GSRA is a wonderful organization that provides GSD's in NC, SC and VA a second chance at a life with a loving, committed family - willing to provide them with a fur-ever home.
